• Contract execution: to enable booking, management and execution of the requested NCC service, including advance payment and sending confirmations.

• Payment data is not stored in our systems, as it is managed through our payment provider Nexi. Nexi and its partners (such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal) are responsible for secure payment data management.
• We do not retain any data for profiling or direct marketing purposes.

6. Data Sharing

• Payment service providers: such as Nexi, which manages payments, integrating with systems like Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. Payment data is processed exclusively by these payment service providers.
• NCC drivers: booking data, such as name, destination and departure time, is shared with the assigned driver for ride execution.
• Affiliate partners: some data, appropriately processed and anonymized, may be shared with our affiliate partners for service improvement and statistical analysis purposes.
